Rising Stars: Ellen Robertson

Ellen Robertson, a London based actress, comedian and writer, has landed her first big television role opposite Rufus Sewell, Kaya Scodelario and Bertie Carvel in the BBC's adaptation of Agatha Christie’s The Pale Horse.

Robertson, also known as one half of the Britney sketch comedy duo along with friend and collaborator Charly Clive, is a regular at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has also performed at The Battersea Arts Centre and The SoHo Theatre. Last year, she gained rave reviews from The Times and The Guardian after starring in Mike Bartlett’s festive play, Snowflake, at Oxford’s Old Fire Station.
